DELIVERY

Delivery will be made for orders paid by bank transfer only after receiving a copy of the transfer and the agreed amount in our bank.
The order will be processed depending on the availability of our warehouse. Any delays will not result in damages.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery times made by carriers. Once your order is accepted it will no longer be “editable” and any additions will cubing separately.

PACKAGING

Packing costs are already included in the prices as quoted.

SHIPMENT: Goods will be shipped via carrier, by whatever means we deem most appropriate. Shipping costs are already included in the prices as quoted. Claims for damage suffered during travel will not be accepted, it being understood that the goods travel at the buyer’s risk.

PAYMENT

Advance payment by PayPal, bank transfer or credit card is always required.
Delay in payment will cause delay in shipment of goods. When placing the order, it is essential to communicate the exact number of the Tax Code in accordance with the provisions to enable us to properly comply with Decree Law No. 223 of July 4, 2006 (Bersani Decree). In the absence of this information, the order will remain unfulfilled.

We reserve the right to make improvements, changes and price variations without giving any prior notice: in case of dispute, the Court of Vicenza has jurisdiction. No claims will be accepted after eight days of receipt of the goods or in the absence of written reservations on the invoice at the time of collection.
